location: the hotel was just off aircon to high as well as vineyards and top of the village. the food at the restaurant was outstanding.

I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is nestled into the Vosges hills, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards. The location is perfect, with an ancient castle sitting majestically on top of the hill. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the heating and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The spa and wellness center was a great bonus, with a sauna, massage services, and a Turkish bath. I also enjoyed the sun terrace and sun loungers in the garden area.

it was a pleasant stay. we were offered triple room with central heating and a work desk which were very good.

This place is COMFORTABLE and the staff are great. Don't forget to dine at winstub rabseppi stebel, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we liked it.

It was light, new-fashioned and with beautiful view. The staff was ready to assist, pleasant and exceptional people.

The location is very convenient and close to other towns on the wine road. The view is stunning as well.

The noise levels were quite high and I had trouble sleeping. The room felt cramped and the amenities provided did not give a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Alsace. The chateau-style lodging provided spacious rooms with high ceilings and beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby villages and mountains, and the quaint restaurants in the town were just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the comfortable rooms, complete with bathrobes and slippers. Despite some minor flaws like the lack of air conditioning and patchy wifi, the friendly staff did their best to accommodate and make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and convenient location.

We had a wonderful time during our second visit to Hotel Val-Vignes in Saint-Hippolyte. The location, nestled amongst the vines in the Vosges hills, adds to the hotel's charm. The historic buildings and beautiful views of the church made our stay very peaceful. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with bathrobes and slippers, a nice touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food served was of high quality. The wifi was surprisingly fast, allowing us to easily watch YouTube and browse the internet without any issues. a great base for exploring the area and incredible value for money.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room I stayed in had high ceilings and original wooden wardrobe doors, giving it a unique and cozy feel. The location was perfect for my business trip in the Strasbourg area. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable experience in the beautiful Alsace region.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and the two complementary chocolate eggs in the room were a kind gesture. The location was also perfect, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. Another advantage of this hotel was the well-equipped room with all the necessary amenities.

The scrambled eggs didn't look appetizing and the pastries were not available 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast time. We also ordered Cremant from the bar in the evening, but it was already opened for some time, which was not ideal.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice little balconies overlooking the beautiful vineyards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.
